What is a Peristeam Hydrotherapy (Yoni Steam)?

For centuries our ancestors used this practice of allowing the warmth of herbal steam to permeate the exterior of the vagina to promote the wellness of healthy menstrual cycles. Yoni or Vaginal  steaming allows you to reconnect with your body using the wisdom of plant medicine. Customized herbs are blended to address specific issues based on each individual client and their need or desire to steam. Vaginal (Yoni) Steaming is a safe and gentle but highly effective way of eliminating old blood in the uterus. It's a natural way to clear and prevent infections such as yeast, BV (bacterial vaginosis) and UTI's (urinary tract infection). Steaming Process

Steaming sessions can range anywhere from 10-45 mins depending on the need for steaming and the present symptoms. Sitting time will be determined based on a recommended protocol customized for your specific needs pertaining to present symptoms or conditions.

Upon arriving to your appointment we will consult over an intake form that will need to be completed before your session. A steaming gown will be provided so you will be completely covered the entire time. We will perform a minimal stretch to help you loosen up the body to effectively absorb the healing power of the herbs. You will then sit on our sterilized  steaming seat that is positioned over a pot of gently steaming herbs and simply relax. Steaming temperatures can be adjusted for your comfort at any time during your session.
